We picked up a blue 2016 Touring Coupe a month ago to add to our stable. This will be a second daily driver vehicle which my wife and son can drive. My third vehicle is a garage queen that is only driven 3 seasons per year.

My wife insisted on Blue, I wanted the Honda sensing tech features and paddle shifters, so the Touring fit the bill on all fronts. I also liked the added firmness of the leather seats. We love the car thus far. Fuel economy has been fantastic and the motor feels plenty strong with a pretty quiet and comfy structure. I had a rear OEM spoiler added to the car last week which rounds off the rear end nicely, I wouldn't mind a Hondata ecu mod whenever they get released. I had an issue with the floppy third brake light cover which Honda wasn't able to fix, so I fixed it myself without much fuss. Last time I owned a Civic was a 1999 SiR, and 2002 SiR, I've owned quite a few Hondas in past years along with some Turbo Dodges. Look forward to participating in the forums.

Those vanity plates are on point  haha
Yes I agree, if you think back to Honda's dominance of Formula One when they first jumped into the turborcharged motor development. Thanks for the comment.

I have a Red Touring Coupe here in Pennsylvania. Bought it in April and I've only seen 1 other on the roads! It's a very rare care in Philly and I get more nice comments about it than on my (very nice) BMW F30 sedan (also red).

By the way, there is an official fix for the third brake light - ID is 16-099. Next time you're at your dealer, ask them if they can fix your cover. (I'll be taking mine in sometime in January for the cover fix)

I ran my VIN at my Honda homepage. At the moment, everything is ok. My coupe was born in Sep of '16...I wonder if the problem was corrected before this date. My cover has not fallen off but temperatures fell off after Aug in Virginia.
