I upgraded from an AT 9th gen V6 Accord Touring.

It was totally worth it. The Accord was fast but if I did something like suddenly braking from 100MPH the brakes would warp. It would also screech if I tried to take offramps fast and I have yet to make my Type R tires screech. The car simply isn't built for going fast even though it does have some power.

Driving the Type R was like a night and day difference. It's faster, brakes better, is far more nimble. It can take whatever I throw at it while the Accord seemed to cry when I tried to drive it the same way. It also feels much tighter and grippier on the road. Tough to put in words really - you have to try for yourself.

But ofcourse this is only if performance is important to you. The new Accord definitely has better cabin features.
Did you enjoying the accord overall? I am thinking of getting a 9th gen v6 accord coupe.
